When I was a child, my mother went to Japan to study for only two months. After returning to Vietnam, my mother shared with me many happy memories of her time in Japan. More than 10 years later, I had always dreamed of studying in Japan just like my mother, and I was given the opportunity to study in Japan with a scholarship from the Fast Retailing Foundation (FR Foundation). This opportunity would not have been possible without the cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.

I am currently majoring in The Faculty of Policy Management/The Faculty of Environment and Information Studies GIGA (Global Information and Governance Academic) Program at Keio University. In the future, I hope to fulfill my diplomatic duties between Vietnam and Japan in the field of intellectual property. I believe that the protection of intellectual property fulfills an important role in ensuring fair trade and fair ownership, and I hope to build the foundation needed for my future work in college. I also look forward to having a great time in Japan with my fellow FR Foundation Vietnamese scholars.
